How to revolutionize the outdated image of a trading platform and attract more millennials and young professionals? Jintanhao, which translates to "Treasure Fleet" in Chinese, embodies the spirit of adventure and opportunity. Our brand storytelling begins with the concept of "Sailing to wealth and freedom with the fearless youth", reflecting the aspirations and ambitions of our target audience.

The challenge is to break away from the inherently rigid image associated with trading apps. By incorporating vibrant colors and utilizing novel symbols, the interface becomes more engaging, reshaping young people’s mindset: Financial management can be both easy and enjoyable. A set of unique icons was designed by blending elements of sea treasure and finance, such as Mother-of-pearl (symbolizing accurate investment), Ship helm (representing stability), Telescope (signifying foresight), Lighthouse (embodying visionary qualities...
*In the Chinese stock market, red symbolizes growth, so the icons and interface are illuminated with red accents.
Brand concept
We presented three brand solutions, ranging from classic and conservative to more avant-garde. To vividly convey the concepts, I created motion designs for the login screen accordingly.
(In the end, the logo with a moderate design was selected, along with the classic color scheme.)

The logo is a combination of boat and bird, with a gradient monochromatic scheme, expressing a sense of self-assured future. Let your financial dreams fly high.
